Design station
The first step in woven labels manufacturing is designing. We have got a highly skilled team of designers ensuring the best output possible.
Yarn Inventory
The raw material for labels are filament polyester yarns. We have over 1000 shades of high quality, OEKO TEX certified yarns in stock.
Woven Label Machines
Equipped with Swiss made best in class Jacob Muller MBJ3 woven label machines - 4 Nos, we have a capacity of producing over 2 Lakh woven labels per day.
Printed Label machines
Our best in class rotary printing machines are capable of printing over 3 lakh labels per day.
Folding Options
All types of folding are available namely center fold, end fold, meter fold and cut and seal. Laser cut patches with foam or heat transfer film backing is also available.
